Our Mission

Money has always moved
at the speed of banks.
We built what comes next.

We exist to make international payments instantaneous, easily verifiable, and accessible at a fraction of traditional cost, connecting businesses and people across every border.

1.0
The First Revolution: Banks
Banks gave the world a trusted place to store and move money. For the first time, businesses could transact across cities and borders with confidence. But trust came at a price: slow settlement times, heavy intermediaries, and access reserved for those with the right relationships. Moving money internationally still takes days and costs a small fortune.
2.0
The Second Revolution: The Internet
The internet digitized money and made payments faster. PayPal, cards, and mobile apps brought financial services to a screen near you. But underneath, the rails were still the same: legacy banking infrastructure built for a pre-digital world. International transfers still route through correspondent banks, still carry high fees, and still take days to settle. The interface changed. The system did not.
3.0
The Third Revolution: The Internet of Money
The third revolution is the internet of money, a global open financial layer where value moves like information. Programmable, borderless, and verifiable by anyone. Money can now settle in seconds without asking permission from a bank. A business in Bogotá can pay a supplier in Miami the same way it sends an email. Stablecoins, smart contracts, and public blockchains are the infrastructure of this new era. Puent3 was built to operate at its frontier.

Why Puent3

Built for businesses
that move fast.

Traditional wire transfers were built for a different era. Puent3 was built for the speed and scale your business needs today.

Minutes, Not Days
Traditional wires take 3 to 5 business days. Puent3 settles in minutes with the same reliability and a fraction of the cost.
Fraction of the Cost
Traditional bank wires charge 3–5% plus hidden fees and slow settlement times. Puent3 costs a fraction of what banks charge: no correspondent markups, no intermediary cuts, no delays that cost you money.
Compliance Built In
Every client is verified before onboarding. Every transaction is screened before processing. Compliance is woven into every step, not bolted on at the end.
Total Transparency
Every transaction carries an immutable on-chain record. You always know exactly where your money is at every point in its journey.
Regulatory Foundation
Puent3 is a fully incorporated US entity with established banking relationships and proper legal structure. Built to operate responsibly from day one.
Institutional Security
All client funds are held in stablecoin wallets backed by Circle institutional custody infrastructure, the same standard trusted by leading financial institutions globally.
Compliance and Trust

We built the bridge
on solid ground.

Every transaction crosses a multi-layer compliance framework before a single dollar moves. Trust is the foundation of everything we do.

Identity Verification
All clients are fully verified before onboarding. Government ID, liveness check, PEP screening, and watchlist review are required before any payment is processed.
AML Screening
Every transaction is screened against global sanctions databases and high-risk indicators. No funds move without passing this review.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every transaction, compliance decision, and status change is permanently logged with timestamps. Full records are available for regulatory review at any time.
Legal and Regulatory Structure
Puent3 is a fully incorporated US entity with established banking and legal foundations. We operate within the regulatory framework that financial partners and clients expect.
Institutional Custody
All USDC is held in Circle Developer Controlled Wallets, institutional-grade infrastructure that meets the custody standards of the world's top financial institutions.
Transaction-Level Controls
Every individual payment is reviewed against compliance standards before execution. No transaction is processed without passing every checkpoint.

Understanding the
new rails of money.

Stablecoins and blockchain payments are the foundation of what Puent3 does. We believe an informed client is a confident client. Here is what you need to know.

The Basics

What is a Stablecoin?

A stablecoin is a type of digital currency whose value is pegged to a stable asset, typically the US dollar. Unlike Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, stablecoins do not fluctuate in price. One USDC is always worth one US dollar. This makes them ideal for payments. You know exactly what you are sending and what the recipient will receive.

How It Works

What is a Stablecoin?

Stablecoins are regulated digital currencies pegged to the value of a real-world asset, most commonly the US dollar. USDC, issued by Circle, is one of the stablecoins Puent3 uses to move your money, alongside others depending on your corridor and currency. Every dollar-backed stablecoin is supported 1:1 by dollar reserves held in regulated financial institutions, making them stable, transparent, and fully auditable.

Getting Started

How Do I Convert Fiat to Stablecoins?

Converting traditional currency (fiat) to stablecoins is straightforward. You can use a regulated exchange such as Coinbase, Kraken, or Binance to purchase stablecoins using a bank transfer or debit card. Once purchased, you transfer them to your Puent3 wallet and you are ready to send payments. The process takes minutes and fees are typically minimal.

Key Terms
Blockchain
A public, distributed ledger that permanently records every transaction. Think of it as a global spreadsheet that anyone can read, but no one can alter. Every transfer made through Puent3 is recorded on-chain and verifiable by anyone.
Wallet
A digital wallet is an account that holds your stablecoins. It has a unique address (similar to a bank account number) and is used to send and receive stablecoin payments. Your Puent3 client wallet is dedicated exclusively to you and fully controlled by Puent3 on your behalf.
On-Ramp
The process of converting traditional fiat currency into a stablecoin. On-ramps are typically provided by regulated exchanges or financial institutions and allow clients to fund their stablecoin wallet before sending payments through Puent3.
Off-Ramp
The process of converting USDC back into local fiat currency and delivering it to a recipient's bank account. Off-ramps are handled by regulated financial partners and enable recipients to receive local currency without needing to hold or manage digital assets themselves.
KYC / AML
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) are regulatory requirements that financial services companies must follow. KYC verifies who you are. AML ensures the money being moved does not come from illegal sources. Puent3 requires KYC for all clients and screens every transaction for AML compliance automatically.
Settlement
Settlement is the moment a payment is finalized and funds are confirmed as delivered. Traditional wire transfers settle in 1 to 5 business days. USDC transactions on blockchain settle in seconds to minutes, with full cryptographic confirmation. There is no waiting, no uncertainty, and no reversal once confirmed.
Ethereum
The second-largest blockchain by adoption, launched in 2015. Ethereum introduced smart contracts, self-executing code that runs on the blockchain without any intermediary. This innovation made it possible to build financial applications, stablecoins, and payment protocols directly on a public blockchain. Many major stablecoins run natively on Ethereum, making it one of the foundational networks for modern digital payments.
Solana
A high-performance blockchain designed for speed and scale. Solana can process thousands of transactions per second at a fraction of a cent per transaction, making it one of the fastest and most cost-efficient blockchains available. It is one of the networks used to move stablecoins in modern payment infrastructure.
