Section 1

Purpose of This Disclosure

This Electronic Disclosure and E-Sign Consent ("Disclosure") governs the use of electronic records and signatures in connection with your relationship with Puent3 LLC ("Puent3"). It is provided in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state and international equivalents.

Please read this Disclosure carefully before completing your registration. By checking the consent checkbox during onboarding, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Section 2

Scope of Electronic Records

Your consent applies to all records, communications, notices, disclosures, and agreements related to your use of the Puent3 platform, including but not limited to:

  • The Client Services Agreement and Terms of Service
  • This Electronic Disclosure and E-Sign Consent
  • The GLBA Privacy Notice
  • The Privacy Policy
  • Transaction confirmations and receipts
  • Fee disclosures and rate quotes
  • Account notifications, alerts, and compliance communications
  • Any amendments, updates, or modifications to any of the above
Section 3

Your Consent

By checking the consent checkbox during registration, you affirmatively consent to:

  • Receive all records and communications from Puent3 in electronic form.
  • Use electronic signatures in lieu of handwritten signatures for all agreements and authorizations.
  • The use of your checkbox confirmation as a valid and legally binding electronic signature.
Legal equivalence: Your electronic consent and signature have the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature under the E-SIGN Act, UETA, and equivalent laws. Checking the consent box during registration constitutes your legally binding agreement to these terms.
Section 4

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records from Puent3, you will need:

  • A device capable of accessing the internet (smartphone, tablet, or computer)
  • An active internet connection
  • A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge — current versions)
  • WhatsApp (current version) for platform communications
  • An active email address capable of receiving messages
  • Software capable of opening PDF files (for downloaded documents)

You are responsible for ensuring that your hardware and software meet these requirements and for keeping your contact information current with Puent3. Notify us promptly at legal@puent3.io if your email address or phone number changes.

Section 5

Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time. To withdraw consent, contact us at legal@puent3.io with the subject line "Withdraw Electronic Consent."

Please note the following regarding withdrawal of consent:

  • Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of any electronic records or signatures provided before the withdrawal.
  • If you withdraw consent, Puent3 may be unable to provide certain Services to you, as our platform is designed to operate electronically.
  • Puent3 reserves the right to terminate your account if electronic communication is no longer possible.
  • We will notify you of any fees or consequences associated with your withdrawal of consent before processing it.
Section 6

Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic record by contacting us at legal@puent3.io. We will provide paper copies upon request. Puent3 reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for paper copies to cover administrative costs; any such fee will be disclosed before the request is processed.

Section 7

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current so that Puent3 can deliver electronic communications to you. To update your email address, phone number, or other contact information, contact us at legal@puent3.io.

Puent3 is not responsible for communications that are not received due to outdated contact information on file.

Section 8

Record Retention

Puent3 will retain electronic records in accordance with applicable law and our data retention policies. You are responsible for retaining copies of electronic records for your own records. We recommend downloading and saving all transaction confirmations, agreements, and notices you receive from Puent3.

Section 9

Changes to This Disclosure

Puent3 may update this Disclosure at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least seven (7) days before the effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclosure. The current version is always available at puent3.io/disclosure.
