Puent3 LLC · Effective Date: April 3, 2026 · Version 1.0

Section 1 — What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website owners. This Cookie Policy explains how Puent3 LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on puent3.io.

Section 2 — How Puent3 Uses Cookies

Puent3 is designed with minimal data collection in mind. We use the following technologies:

2.1 Essential Functionality (localStorage)

We use your browser's localStorage — a client-side storage mechanism — to remember your language preference (English or Spanish) across sessions. This is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

2.2 Session Functionality

Our AI assistant chat widget maintains a conversation history within your browser session only. This data is not stored after you close the browser tab. No cookies are used for this purpose.

2.3 Strictly Necessary Cookies

If you register or log in to the Puent3 platform, session authentication may use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your logged-in state. These cookies are essential to the function of the platform and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.

2.4 Analytics

Puent3 does not currently use third-party analytics cookies such as Google Analytics. If we introduce analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.

Section 3 — Third-Party Services

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may set cookies or use local storage for font delivery optimization. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.

Our AI assistant connects to our secure middleware (puent3-middleware.onrender.com) to process your questions. This connection does not use cookies — it uses standard HTTPS requests.

Section 4 — Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View cookies stored on your computer
  • Delete all cookies or cookies from specific sites
  • Block all cookies or cookies from specific sites
  • Block third-party cookies

To manage your browser's cookie settings, refer to your browser's help documentation (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

To clear Puent3's localStorage data specifically, open your browser's developer tools (F12), navigate to Application → Local Storage → puent3.io, and delete the stored values.

Section 5 — Changes to This Policy

Puent3 may update this Cookie Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least seven (7) days before the effective date. The current version is always available at puent3.io/cookie-policy.html.
